Attorney Agnieszka Mikołajczyk – Roszkowska

Attorney Since 2008 has been a member of the District Bar Association in Katowice a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. She has gained her professional experience while completing the judicial apprenticeship ended with a passed judge exam.

She has a practical experience related to the protection of personal data, implementation of  GDPR and conducting training in this field. She provides a current consultancy in the field of enterprise  operations and activities. She is successful during negotiations and promotes alternative methods id disputes resolution (i.e. mediation).

She has many years of experience in representing parties in the court proceedings and before the administrative authorities. The leader of a team dealing with the family law and the labor and social insurance law. Skilfully uses knowledge and experience to achieve set goals.

Attorney Katarzyna Wilusz – Tonon

She was entered in a list of attorneys in 2013.A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, a graduate of a School of the American Law organized by The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2006/2007 and a student of the Universit degli Studi di Ferrara in Italy. Since 2014 she has been a freelance translator of legal texts from Italian into Polish for the Court of Justice of the EU in Luxembourg.

In her work she deals mainly with the issues related to the civil law and the civil process, including a broadly understood contract law, as well as with the issues related to the family law and the labor law. She also provides legal services for business entities. She has an experience in conducting court proceedings for individual clients and for business partners.In her professional work she currently uses English (legal assistance for companies and translation of documents – contracts, regulations, guidelines ecc.) and Italian (translation of Italian texts and providing legal assistance to Italian speaking clients).

Attorney Paulina Wolnicka – Kawka

Attorney since 2016. She was entered into a list of attorneys of the District Bar Association in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University.

In her practice she focuses mainly on consultancy in the field of broadly understood economic and commercial law as well as the civil law. She deals with a current legal support for corporate entities and entrepreneurs, as part of which she provides services regarding preparation and giving opinions on the contracts, realization of corporate projects by creating and implementing complex corporate documents, representing the entrepreneurs in negotiations and courts disputes, in proceedings before the National Court Register. She worked for companies dealing with commerce and production.

Legal Counsel Małgorzata Chwoyka

Legal counsel since 2010. Member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.
She provides services to businesses and individuals in the area of legal services, in particular in the field of broadly understood civil, commercial and labour law. She advises clients from the sectors of real estate and automotive, as well as banking, construction, medical, press and cultural institutions.http://m.in
In addition, she represents clients in complex lawsuits, in all instances, including the lawsuits before the Supreme Court.
She specialises in the cases related to the protection of personal rights and press law, including press rectification, copyright law, personal image protection, as well as in the cases concerning transmission easements and non-contractual use of real estate. He also has extensive experience in cases related to administrative law, in particular the cases concerning real estate, construction law, spatial development and annulment of nationalisation decisions.

Attorney Dominika Kochańska

Senior Associate

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. In 2015, she defended her master’s thesis at the Department of Criminal Procedural Law under the supervision of Prof. Dr. hab. Radosław Koper, entitled “Pre-trial detention and the presumption of innocence in the Polish criminal process.” She has been registered on the list of attorneys of the District Bar Council in Katowice since 2021. Her practice mainly focuses on providing advice in the field of broadly understood criminal, economic, and civil law. She also offers legal assistance to individual clients and provides ongoing support to business entities, including registration proceedings.

Marketing director Katarzyna Dziki

A graduate of the Higher School of Marketing Management and Foreign Languages in Katowice at the Faculty of Advertising and Marketing. A graduate of a postgraduate studies in the Warsaw School of Management – Higher School on the faculty of Real Estate Brokerage.

She is a Mediator with a specialization of the Family Mediator.

She has an extensive experience in the marketing industry, she deals with the coordination and implementation of marketing activities. Responsible for creating The Law Office’s marketing policy based on a long-term strategy, she cares about a good image of the Office.

Attorney Krzysztof Sobieraj

Associate

Attorney, entered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Katowice in 2024.
A graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, who gained his first professional experience during his studies by interning at law firms in the Silesian region. He acted as defense counsel in student disciplinary proceedings at the University of Silesia and provided pro bono legal assistance within the University’s Legal Aid Clinic, where he served as a Vice-Chairman and the Coordinator of the Criminal Law Section. He further honed his expertise working in law firms in Katowice and within international corporate environment.

Advocate specializes in legal advisory services in civil law, criminal law (including business and tax-related criminal matters), bankruptcy law, and contract law. He has significant experience in litigation, representing both individuals and business entities.

He is fluent in English.

Kamila Bauer – Matczak

A graduate of the Higher Banking School in Chorzów on the Faculty of political sciences with the specialization of the public administration. She has an experience in working as an administrative and office worker. She completed internships at a law office and in a bank.

She speaks English and German.
